Good morning with a view

The Rossovivo food experience starts as soon as you wake up. Our terrace with lake view is the ideal place for breakfast during your holiday. Steaming coffee, a sweet and savoury international buffet, relaxing views of the lake: we call it “WOW Breakfast”, because it really is the best way to start your day with the right energy!

The buffet changes every morning, but always includes home-made specialties: we want to make your mouth water, with different types of freshly-baked bread and cakes, pastries, biscuits, but also omelettes, crêpes, cheeses and zero-mile charcuterie meats. And, if you are a true athlete, there is no shortage of fresh fruit and smoothies, to fill up on vitamins.

Light lunch and cocktails: enjoy your day at the beach

At lunchtime, Rossovivo becomes an informal beach bar. So you can relax and have fun on the beach, and satisfy every little craving you might have: we serve delicious dishes, different types of pasta, refreshing salads and our freshly-baked pizza. In short, there is something for everyone.

So, what about our pizza? In the best Italian tradition, our dough is made with two types of flour, leavened for 48 hours, topped with fresh San Marzano DOP tomatoes.

When the sun starts to set, it's time to chill out, relaxing and admiring the incredible sunset views over the lake. Of course, it’s so much better to do so with one of the excellent cocktails from our bar in your hand. If you prefer to end your evening savouring a gin and tonic, don't worry – the bar is open until after dinner.

The wine list highlights all our love for our territory, and will take you on a journey to the vineyards of Veneto and all of Italy.
